Herbal Integrity reserves the right to limit quantities. Shipping during the holiday seasons may be delayed.
All customers will receive email confirmation that their order has shipped.
Orders received before 2PM CST (Central) time will be processed that same business day, and will be shipped within 24 hours (excluding holidays and weekends). During peak business periods, orders may not be processed until the next business day.
Once you receive your order, please check that it is correct; Herbal Integrity will NOT be responsible for incorrect orders after 48 hours of its arrival. Please contact us via email at questions@herbalintegrity.com regarding any questions or problems with your order. Be sure to include your name and order number in any correspondence. You may also call us at 1-800-380-9440 during regular business hours - Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 4:00PM, CST (Central time).
UNITED STATES & CANADA ORDERS - SHIPPING & CONDITIONS
- Orders of $98.99 and under (before taxes & shipping) are subject to a flat $7.50 shipping and handling fee per shipping address.
- All orders $99.00 and up (before taxes & shipping) will be shipped at no charge.
- Shipping is via USPS.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
- All Canadian orders that go to remote, fly-in only locations, will also be subject to an extra charge of $20.00. Delivery in these instances may take longer.
- We understand that Canadian regulations limit your order to 90 days or less of usage. This is determined by reading what the label says. If it says take 1 tablet daily, then you are entitled to import only 90 tablets of this supplement. Please read the product information on our site and order within these guidelines. You may review these rules at: http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca Customer assumes the risk for any products confiscated or opened by customs. Herbal Integrity LLC, does not know your Country's current customs regulations and therefore does not refund purchase price for any product not returned to us in good condition. International Credit Card Verification: We ask that International Customers ordering more than US$50 for the first time from Herbal Integrity, LLC, please fax either: a) the front page of your monthly credit card statement (you may delete any purchase history from this document) All we need to see is a current statement showing your credit card company's name and address and your billing information and card number which matches the card you placed your order with. or b) a copy of the front/back of your credit card and drivers license or passport verifying your shipping address. This extra step is necessary to authenticate you as the actual credit card holder, as we cannot verify your address electronically through the automated credit card validation. Your order will be shipped once we have received one of the above sets of faxes or email attachments.

It is the responsibility of our customers to be sure that they are allowed to import nutritional supplements from the U.S. Customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Every effort will be made to minimize these costs. However, we cannot guarantee that these fees will be eliminated.

In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of your order shipping. This email will provide you with the shipping confirmation numbers necessary to locate your order.
BACK ORDERS
We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product, occasionally a product may be on back order. If any product is not in stock for an order, we will hold the shipment of your entire order until all products are available. No backorder will be held after five business days. Any order placed on the weekends will be shipped on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.

RETURN POLICY

We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we cannot refund the shipping and handling charges on returned items. Shipping and handling charges are the actual charges incurred by us (not what is on the invoice). Therefore, if you received free shipping when you placed the order, and later returned the product, we will refund you the price of the products less the actual shipping and handling charges. Please note that you may not return more than one opened bottle of the same product, and the original invoice must be returned with the product and request for refund.
